Data Retention & Archival Requirements

Active lease profiling data remains accessible throughout the duration of your active term. Upon contract conclusion, termination, or expiration, immediate operational access indicators are revoked while necessary historical metrics are moved to an isolated, encrypted archive state. These archived logs are strictly access-controlled and held only for the mandatory timelines prescribed by applicable corporate accounting and property management tax regulations.

Information Verifications & Rights
